Eligibility

To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must:

• Have a valid website, social media account, or marketing platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices.

 

Affiliate Responsibilities 

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Ilhaam’s products/services ethically and professionally.
• Use only approved marketing materials provided by Ilhaam.
• Not engage in misleading, illegal, or spammy promotional methods.
• Ensure that your website or platform does not contain offensive or illegal content.

 

Commission and Payment

• Affiliates earn a commission for each valid sale made through their unique affiliate link.
• Commission rates will be specified in your affiliate dashboard or agreement.
• Payments will be made on a bi-weekly basis, with no minimum payout threshold.
• Payments will be made via PayPal.
• Any chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent transactions may lead to commission reversals.

 

Promotional Restrictions

Affiliates must NOT:

• Use paid advertising (such as Google Ads) that competes with Ilhaam’s marketing efforts.
• Use misleading claims or false advertising.
• Promote through websites or platforms that contain inappropriate or illegal content.
• Engage in cookie stuffing or any fraudulent practices to manipulate tracking.

 

Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Ilhaam’s logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
• Affiliates may not modify or misrepresent Ilhaam’s branding.

 

Termination

Ilhaam reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time if:

• The affiliate breaches these terms.
• Fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected.
• The affiliate is inactive for an extended period.

 

Liability and Disclaimer

• Ilhaam is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by affiliates.
• We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings.
• Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are not considered employees of Ilhaam.

 

Amendments

Ilhaam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

 

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
