However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchased product (not applicable on personalised items) for a refund within 14 days of delivery, providing that the product is unopened and remains in its original condition.

Returns cannot be accepted on personalised products that are incorrectly ordered and spelt.

To return a product, or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via our contact us page quoting your order number.

​Returns will only be accepted by way of this procedure. When the product has been received and confirmed, we can then issue a refund or offer an exchange, providing the return meets our conditions for resale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been used, altered or damaged in any way.
